We share the global concern about the carbon footprint and recognise we have a role in reducing it. In 2021 we developed the first Green IGBC certified project of Siliguri. A second is on the anvil in Guwahati. Green norms are encouraged in the design and planning of every project. We love the colours of nature and wish to see them bloom.
We also recognize that our success comes with responsibilities towards the larger society. We reach out to the underprivileged with health, education and community initiatives. We also encourage forums and activities that help others follow our success trail.

Tulsa has tied up with Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) for the betterment of underprivileged rural and tribal communities in India.
The arrangement is to sponsor FTS’ One Teacher Schools (OTS) – popularly known as Ekal Vidyalaya to provide non-formal education to children. This includes basic learning such as reading, writing, arithmetic, and general knowledge as well as healthcare, development, empowerment and cultural education
Over 25 lakh children are covered under the programme. FTS’ contributions to society have been acknowledged by the prestigious Gandhi Peace Prize 2017. We are privileged to be associated with their noble cause.
